Patient Safety Incident Response Framework Oversight

This course covers the mindset and the culture underpinning effective oversight, as well as the theory and practice of measurement and monitoring of patient safety. Students will also have an opportunity to explore thematic analysis as a method for organisational learning across organisational boundaries.
